Notes

One hour indoor stationary bike, 10 x 1 minute stand up and climb intervals. Also did 80 push-ups, 9 pull-ups, and 20 dips, non-stop for each. Tried running 5 steps while walking to work, and nope. Not happening. Every step hurt my left knee under the patella.

Left VMO was very sore after working it on the thigh machine for the past two days. I could barely walk on it Apparently it was not firing much at all? I am still relegated to using the elevator at work and not climbing any stairs if it can be avoided. Hopefully it will get it together and start working normally soon. I"ll keep after it on the thigh machine.
