Ran 1600+800+400 on the WSU indoor track, before work. No warm-up, no breakfast, slight breathing issue this morning but not bad at all. Started feeling the lactic acid burn around lap 5 of the 1600. Pushed through it to the end. Left knee not bad, still a bit sore form running 4 miles Saturday afternoon.

Mile equivalent time = 5:58.02
