30 Minutes on the indoor track, easy-medium effort, 36 laps 40 meters. Wore the bright neon orange Adidas Adizero shoes for a change, they felt very nice and light-weight, plus less heel to get in the way.
Splits: 6:46, 6:34, 6:38, 6:37, 3:24 for final 840 meters.
20:47 at 5K.
Very nice simple workout for an easy day following a long day. Wasn't sure I was going to run today, but decided a short run would be fine.
