I was too tired to run after work last night, and I"m still feeling the stress of running this morning. Ate extra calories last evening and at 3:00 am. Woke up wired and ready to go, but self-confidence sagged drastically by the time I got to the Rec center. No problem, just ran easy. I'm tired and hungry afterwards! Still need at least 3 more miles tonight to get scheduled 8 for the day, plus I need to makeup for 3? miles from last night?
