Notes
Ran the BRRC Half-Fast Ultimate Runner race in Spokane (Mead actually). Won 1st place senior male, 2nd pace over-all, and set a new all-time high score for senior males, also set a new record for the 100 meters for senior males. Weather was sunny and warm/hot, started out at 47 degrees early but was 80 or more by 10k time, and warmed up to 97 later on! Robert drove up for this and took photos, Erica and Andrea were there and Erica's kids. Everyone had fun, I think!
Splits:
5K - 5:58, 6:11, 6:02, :35 = 18:48 (ran it just a bit conservative)
400m = 63.2, new 50+ PR for me.
100m = 14.12, not a 50+ PR for me but it was a new meet record for senior males.
1600m = 5:34.1 nice time, was a bit tired and also saved just a bit of energy for the upcoming 10k.
10K - 6:24, 6:43, 6:49, 6:49, 6:56, 6:49, 1:26 = 41:58
