Notes

Treadmill, walk-jogged. Lower legs were not completely ok, so could not run fast or non-stop. It was hard to keep going. Ran 9x200's on the track afterwards and lower legs started feeling much better! I may need to acclimatize to running in these new shoes, more than I realized.
