Got some nice sunshine and not too much wind while running up the old Spiral highway! Nice! Clouds rolled in coming down, and on the drive home it rained good, and then snowed after that!
2:16:34 today, 2:24:15 last week, so nice improvement. Sore groin, felt painful the whole trip down but it was manageable, but prevents speed...
