Did the Crestview hill, 1 up, 1 down, just getting over that cold and cough, slightly sore lungs, possible allergies involved, decent run this morning, not going for broke. Tried standing up at home for a while before running instead of sitting down so much, to see if it helped with the shin splints. Didn't get any splints today, so maybe it helped? My legs are sore, not sure why - the few sprints I did last night at the indoor track?
