"Easy" neighborhood run with Rachel, but I was slow and legs were tired and I had a hard time keeping up with her, sadly. I had a good fast run yesterday and speed-work the day before, plus I must not have eaten enough calories yesterday for Thanksgiving, since my weight appeared to be down today? Only ate one (big) meal yesterday. Also ran a slow 12 miler earlier this week for the first time, and I've only been running again for less than 5 weeks, and have increased weekly mileage an awful lot in that short time. Analog scale read about 137 lbs, digital scale not used today but would probably have read 1:38-ish.
