Mid-day, indoor track, 5k total. Albuterol=yes, but had major issues with breathing and out of breath. Had problems walking after 3rd 1k and subsequent intervals. Still feeling the need to be conservative with right leg, slight tendonitis on inner mid-calf, achilles maybe? So no 200's today and cut it short. Very sunny outside today, no real issue with photosensitivity or PA sickness. Two days this past week, short exposure to bright midday sun were bad, and a third day in hazy sun was half bad. I seem to be acclimatized to the bright sunlight now.
