Nice weather day, so ran the Pullman loop after work from the WSU Rec center. Garmin FR220 took a long time to get satellite sync at first, oddly. It's usually so fast. Ran "easy" going out from the Rec center, but still managed a decent time. Slowed down some the last few miles - I may have been calorie depleted, and also kept telling myself to slow down as I didn't need to go fast. I probably need to learn to run this slower if I am going to do it several times a week. Save the time-trialing on it for the weekends.

Weight jumped suddenly over the past day or two. Eating birthday cake today and this week, so it might go up some more!
