10 mile run from home, wanted to stay under 7:00 per mile but did not want to push it too much! So I pushed the pace some, not quite made a race of it but too close perhaps? Was only supposed to be an easy training run initially, but I really want to stay under a 7:00 pace for all my miles up to 10, if possible?
