Chipman Trail, With Rachel, easy, sunny and cold, winds 8 mph from the west. Non-stop but a lot harder than it should be. Faster than Rachel today.We're running pretty close these days. Went to Walla Walla Tuesday and came back yesterday for mom's birthday. Have been having major problems with anxiety and deep depression since last week, cycling in and out of it. Seems to have lifted yesterday afternoon and today, feeling much better now. Maybe because the sun is shining.
