3x1600m at noon on the outdoor track, weather was sunny and nice! 60 degrees, breezy, wore my black singlet, took it off for the last 1600 and was fine.
6:09, 5:51, 5:36. Out of time and a bit tired after the last one. 8 minute rest intervals, because y foot was iching terribly and I had to take off my shoes and run a slow barefoot lap to try to work it out. Don't know what that was all about.
for the 5:36, I stayed as relaxed as I could manage and kept chanting under my breath that I was running "just 4 easy laps,", emphasis on the "easy"...
