550' vertical, Was supposed to run long today, bad windy weather outside so ran indoors on track. right calf got tight and a bit sore, not sure why, possibly from the blue shoes? Did 3x5k, rest time of 3 mins, then 10 mins and a shoe change. Finished up mile 10 on the incline treadmill for 550 feet, 1.1 miles. Not going to make my 50 miles for this week. My lower leg muscles seem not up for it.
