Notes
Tried running on the indoor track; painful all the way. Also had asthma. Left sciatic nerve hurts at butt and down, left ankle hurts (left deep fibular nerve?) and right foot still hurts at 5th metatarsal - cuboid end (possibly right sural nerve, if it' s not the metatarsal or cuboid bone). Was able to walk on incline treadmill for 500' climb after this.
Had trouble talking all morning after this running attempt - slow, weak shaky voice.
