Ran indoors before work; 1600, 400, and 2x200m. Left knee has been a nuisance lately, and running outdoors yesterday was bad, with the knee plus legs and feet in general. Could not keep up with Rachel for 5 miles. This was improvement over that, but it felt like I should have run 5:50 and it was 6:00. Sub-6 is supposed to be easy by now . . .
