Second workout of the day, went to Rec center with Rachel, we biked 30 minutes first, then she swam and I did easy short intervals. Tried not to go too fast since that has been bothering my left hamstring lately and making my legs sore. Rec center is closed next two days for Thanksgiving and it's cold outside so I won;'t be running anyway.
