AM workout at the rec, tried for some speed, but it was hard breathing. The weather outside started hailing, thundering, and raining hard. Yesterday I did 12 miles easy up and down SW Crestview hill. Legs are feeling a bit used and slightly sore? from that. Need to get 5 more miles tonight after work. Hopefully some of it speedy.
