Ran a 1600 on the indoor track, mid-afternoon. Nice and fast, as relaxed as possible. I embrace the lactic acid overload that starts around the 4th-5th lap and builds to the finish. Ran a couple of 400's after this, and that was it for the day. Left knee aching a little bit afterwards, but was fine while running the 1600. Indoor track is now closed for the next week.
Mile equivalent time is 5:48.75.
This age grades to 80.07 percent. Nice!
