Notes

I've run everyday for a week or more, ran 53 miles last week, mostly slow easy miles, trying for volume without injury. Wanted to get in 8 today but also wanted a few faster miles. My resting pulse in the morning has been running higher than 50 lately, should be more like 46-47 but I haven't taken a rest day.
