Was sore last night and this morning, didn't think I could run, but after work after walking to the REC center, I did a nice sub-40 10K! First couple of laps were painful in the sports hernia - groin area, it feels really tight but then slowly warms up and goes away, although it never feels completely right. Nice! I've been getting sore quads and calves/ankles lower legs after running lately, for some unknown reason. Feels like DOMS / overuse, but it shouldn't be? I'm wondering if the incline/treadmill training lately causes me to use my leg muscles differently?
