65 laps on the outdoor track, lane 4, each lap is 0.262467192 miles. Total of 17.06 miles.

First 50 laps in 1:39:15, that's 13.11 miles (HM). Non-stop except for one drink of water, no carbs or calories, probably was getting a bit low on carbs at the end.

Took a break after 50 laps and had water and Powerade. Then ran 3x5 laps in lane 4 for total of 65 laps, w/200m walk rest intervals. .

First 50 laps wearing new Piranha sz 9.5 shoes, then wore Ronin 4's for final 15 laps. Taped right heel heavily for plantar fasciitis, only hurt a little for first lap or 2, then ok. Left leg fibula head pain, not a problem while running. BOTH of these problems responded well to LOTS of stretching yesterday and last night, so really need to stay on top of that.

Weather was decent, partly sunny, storm clouds off in the distance and slowly headed in, breezy but so what, not cold at all though I was only comfortable running shirtless for less than half the time.
