Notes

Ran one mile on the hospital treadmill for pulmonary function test. They let me control the speed. Started at 7:30 pace, finished at 5:40 pace, about 6:35 total time probably. Ran fine, but throat started closing down; and then predictably I could barely walk after running and was not able to coordinate my foot movement. Before that, during the pre-run spirometry testing, I faded to darkness for 5-10 seconds(?) and then had significant left hand, arm, face and jaw tremors and eye movements and peripheral tingling when I came back. This was after the 20 seconds of "exercise breathing" hyperventilating portion, which followed several other effectively hyperventilating activities and possibly the gas transfer test. It's a bit of a blur. Edit* Symptoms appear to be consistent with short-term CNS oxygen toxicity, though that "should not" have happened.

Not sure when I will hear from GP to go over the results. Test tech Marly said it takes a week and a half to get them back from Spokane.

Just like last Wednesday, I was again only able to get my max heart rate up to 160, instead of my previous normal 170+. Fucking cancer and drugs.
