Splits: 7:38, 7:16, 7:20, :55 (5k-23:10) 7:26, 7:16, 7:10, 1:39 (400) = 45:47 (22:37 - 2nd 5k)

Easy 10k, indoor track, air was very dry indoors so kept it very easy to minimize breathing. Wanted to go for a full hour, but prudence dictated that I stop at 10k. Needed water and felt a bit sick to my stomach and very wimpy once I stopped. Still hoping I'm not coming down with a stomach bug or sinus cold.
