Notes

5k tempo run, indoors, no warm-up, felt great at the start so I just let it roll. Not quite a time trial, but close. Mile 3 was a bit of work since I saw the option to go under 20 fairly easily and I can't pass that up. Rec center air is dry in the morning, but there are few people on the track and there's plenty of oxygen. After work the Rec center track is now very crowded since school has resumed, and the humidity is high from all the sweaty bodies and everyone is also sucking up all the oxygen and it will be very hard to run this fast without sufficient O2. So I'll try to slow it down after work to keep it real easy and low stress. Great run.

Did not eat any breakfast before running this morning. I ate a bowl of cereal before bed last night, but was probably still short a few hundred calories for the day, hence the lower weight this morning. Will need more carbs today.
