Treadmill half-marathon, one short water stop and to reset the treadmill at 8 miles. Wasn't sure I could even run this morning, was prepared to walk most or all of this. Ran it non-stop instead, started slow and at 0 percent, then went down to -3% slope, half-percent per mile, then stayed at -3% till the end.
Wanted to break 2 hours today, wasn't planning at all to break 1:40. Nice!!
