Struggling to run, glutes and hamstrings got very sore and stiff from this mediocre effort. I'm starting to think nutritional deficiency, perhaps vitamin C? Been going slowly down hill for a week, or two, or three? Pushups got harder and dropped from 100 to 75ish.
