Sore ankles, sore left hip muscles, just seeing if I could run today. Original plan was to run to the trailhead, but could not make it. Yesterday I could not run at all. Ran a good speed session Monday afternoon, did a few lunges afterwards with my easy core workout. Lunges are death to my legs, and apparently speed sessions are hard on my ankles now? Plus I really need to stop kicking my ankles.
