Ran outside for a change. 10k loop from home, very hilly, ran it easy, first half was OK, then DOMS was an issue and I slowed down. Glutes and hamstrings are sore from hard TM hill climb 2 days ago? Plus lower calves/Achilles. I clearly haven't been running these hills lately... Roads are clear and dry, dust is flying, it snowed slightly for just a bit then stopped while I was running. Weight is still down too low - 1.5 lbs. Need to eat more, but nothing here at work is very appealing.
