Notes

Rec Center indoor track, 5x1600m, 6:48, 6:22, 6:15, 6:00, 5:43. Started off feeling pretty tough but got into it as I went along. Tried to stay as loose and relaxed as possible, and not accelerate or sprint. Put some power into the last mile but was not all out by any means.

Body composition test tonight, 8% body fat.
