Ran 1 vertical mile today, first time ever! 5280 feet up, 5.2 miles horizontal, 90 minutes and 19 seconds. Tough workout, did 2109 first 30 minutes at 1.52 miles, 3820 at 1 hour, 3.2 miles. Lots of anaerobic intervals mixed in. I was very sore this moring from my sports hernia after yesterdays 8 mil run through the neighborhood. Not a problem on the incline trainer except slightly when running at 5.8 or 6.0 mph.
