Notes

30 minutes on the TM at the Rec center before work. Easy progression first two miles, 6.6-8.0. Second two miles, 8.8 mph base with 10 mph intervals. Fartleks, essentially. Left knee, not too bad today. Seems a little better? I've been working on it with backwards stairs, single leg mini-squats as possible, and hammering on the kneecap with a golf ball on the bone where it is sore. Plus the 62 minutes on the treadmill at -3% slope two days ago. That worked my quads nicely. This all seems to be helping the sore knee.

Weight this morning on the scale at the Rec center after running was 130.0
