Ran 8x200m on the indoor track at WSU. The outdoor track is closed for construction. They've just started to renovate it, and it may take a long time? Or a few months. Not sure my time on these intervals, didn't log it for a couple weeks. My running has gone down the tubes since after Bloomsday, asthma, plus chronic sore feet and legs, plus a week's vacation trip to Alaska and got sick with a nasty sinus cold plus allergies. Seems like a perfect storm to take out my running program. I'm experimenting with running without socks and some barefoot running to see of that makes my feet happier.
