Nice day, ran 4x500 meter intervals as part of my test of an "Exponential Decay" taper week before the Newman Lake 25k race next Sunday. 2 minute rest between first 3, then 9 minutes (I was chatting with another runner) before the last one. + 1 mile total, w/u, c/d. went fairly hard, nice short workout. Faster than yesterday!?
5:02 pace for the 500's.
