Sundae Sunday 10 mile race in Spokane. Was 2nd in 55-59 age group, but got 1st place award since the faster guy (Southworth) took overall masters 1st place. I was maybe 16th place overall for the race and 2nd masters overall? Will check online results later.
Weather was sunny, but very cold early on. 38 degrees at 5:20 when I left Pullman, and as low as 36 in places on the drive up. Probably was 45 at race start, but the sun felt nice and it must have warmed up to 50 or more by the finish. I wore singlet top and medium shorts and was GLAD I didn't put on the extra top layers that I was tempted to wear!
