Went to the trail with Rachel, could not run non-stop so ran 2 out with her, walked 15 minutes, ran 2 back with her.
4 total, 34:10. Slow, hard running. I'm right back to square one where I was in January, thanks to that damn shingles vaccine on April 8th. All nerves and joints below the waist including my feet seem to be affected. Shoulders and arms, not bothered other than an occasional tweak maybe, but I did 70 pushups at once the other day, so arm strength is still there. Legs = not.
