SW Crestview hill, sunny, 48F, 13mph wind from the west so big headwind going uphill. Fastest uphill time this year despite the headwind! Pollen is 10.4 / 12 (bad), started catching up with me by the top of the hill.
Had to go to Spokane today all day for MaKaylee's birthday party, didn't get home till 7:30 pm so no more running today.
