Notes
Ran the Snake River Half-Marathon. Weather was grey-cloudy, not windy before the race, 46 degrees at the start, minor headwind that picked up all the way out to the turn, then not much wind for a bit, then a few really big head-wind gusts going back, especially in the last two miles. Cost me some time!
Training - I had more miles of volume this year before the race, but no real long runs, have not been running outdoors at all because I HATE cold, dark grey, windy weather. So all training has been indoors at the center on the track, except for a little bit of incline training.

Monday afterwards, I'm very sore and still not able to resume running, sore legs in general, plus burning type pain in lower left groin muscle region, feels like a muscle pull. Better be cautious with it, this is what turns into a long-term groin pull if not respected!
