Ran the 1 mile race at the University of Idaho Vandal Open track meet. Goal time was 5:30. Mission Accomplished. I was dead last against 15 other runners, mostly high school, but two were 45 year old masters whoboth ran just under 5:00. I was gaining slightly on the next to last runner at the finish, probably was about 15 meters back?
This age-grades to 82.1% for age M57.
