Stiff and sore after yesterday's slow 12 miles, didn't plan to run, was going to walk the incline machine but it was busy so I did some easy 200's, and it felt ok to keep going, and run a bit faster. I was surprised that I could go 25 x200m today!

Did some good weights afterwards. Decent workout for a seriously off-feeling day,
