Ran the hill; splits; 3:54 down, 7:08 up, 3:26 home. Ankles are feeling much better, hip not bad, inner hip joints tight at the start. Possibly still a bit tired from Sunday's track workout? I thought I might have been a bit faster going up the hill, especially with a sllight tailwind. It was 52-53 degrees out, and I was afraid of getting cold, but didn't have a problem. It felt refreshingly brisk but not cold.
