1600 - 5:30! Went to the REC center after work to run 3.1, did a good easy 1600 warmup in 6:28, then ran a solid 1600 in 5:30, relaxed but with some determination, just trying for slightly sub-6:00 or better, was surprised at how fast it was. Was going to run a few more laps, but felt a calf cramp coming on. right leg?
