Notes

Ran a decent 1600 before work, one second slower than Monday's after taking two more days off and giving up a vial of blood yesterday for a PSA test. Did not hit significant lactic acid stress at the end of this, so walked a bit then ran a nice 400, faster than I thought I would. Kept my mind relaxed while running the 1600 by thinking about the nice walk to my office, coffee and breakfast waiting afterwards, and not counting laps or checking half-split. Just ran and relaxed.
