AM Workout. Cold legs, still weak and a touch sore from racing last weekend and not resting fully(!). Just trying to get in as many miles as I can before Bloomsday in May! Ran 2x(1,2,3,2) on track for 3200, then walked/jogged on Treadway mill at 15% for 2 miles, for about 1525 vertical feet or so, and about a 3.12 flat-mile equivalent. no idea what the pace should be, but I did some uphill running, so it was a workout. The 30% incline machines are both out for repair this morning. The deck of main one looked like it had been trampled by elephants!?!? No idea on the other one.
