WSU Campus on the Run 5K, UREC. 21:06, 4th place over-all, 1st 55+ age group, this was a brutal run with the hills and wind! Winds are 14 gusting to 24 from the WSW, so the nearly a mile uphill on Grimes way was all into a stiff headwind and was very hard. Garmin had this as 3.07 miles. PW - personal worst 5K race in recent history. I wore two shorts, two long tops plus one short top plus windbreaker, which felt like a sail running into the headwind.
