Ran indoor track after work, just wanted to get in a few easy miles. I forgot my socks, and can't run in the Ronin 4's without socks. I did anyway, and got a sore spot on a toe in 2 miles, and was done. Was planning to run about 6:50 pace, but was coffee'd up and also watch some good running videos on FloTrack this afternoon, and I didn't feel too sore or too tired from racing Saturday, amazingly!
