Rec center workout, did 14x200m + 1x400m, then did 1 mile steep uphill and 1 mile fast downhill on incline treadmill. 4 miles total. My right ankle-inner tendon is sore-stiff from last Sunday's 17-miler and Monday's long slow walk on the treadmill while I watched the Vince Lombardi biography on HBO.
