17x200m @ 5:20 pace. Concentrated on form, lifting knees and heel to butt zone. Jogged 1600m afterwards, was trying for 8:00 pace but could not do it. Leg muscles are a bit stiff, especially quads from jumps and leg lifts. PF in right heel, there but background, not a big factor, not taped up.
