SW Crestview Hill, AM, legs stale from running on the track last night so just a hill workout, no speed. Taped right foot for PF. Tailwind uphill, 12 mph, sunny and cool, 51F, but nice running weather. I would prefer it to be 10 degrees warmer, given a choice.
